Hi foodpickle I don't have time to refrigerate my pots de creme ( set custard) How can I speed up the setting time? Will the freezer work?

It's no sin to serve pot de crème at room temp or even slightly warm, so I'd suggest you relax and not worry about rapid cooling.
And please, back away from the freezer!
