I have sent 5 messages on your help link and all I have gotten is a generic message. Still no answers about my order. It's a dead end. No one is responding with information about where my order is. Yes I have looked up the order info on your site. Just says pending which isn't any help. It should have arrived two weeks back. I would really like to have some actual help.
