How hard is it to troubleshoot a problem at food52 in Thanksgiving Christmas 2022 season
Recently failed to help a member reporting a problem on the HOTLINE. She couldn't find a now-deleted pretzel recipe her husband loved. It's gone & she can't find why or how. More, when I suggested she write to someone at the editorial staff (and maybe get a faster response than from Hotline) there was no easy or direct way to contact you.
First, she got a slew of question topics - not a person or editorial title.
Second, when she found the contact list, it did have names and titles, but no emails. They have been removed. Only contact point given was Twitter. This member wasn't on Twitter and had no road ahead.
On the Hotline I see reported problems customers have with the SHOP - mistaken orders, failed deliveries, slow or no response from CUSTOMER CARE.
Now difficulty rather than ease in using the COMMUNITY section (recipes, Hotline).
CONSIDER. Make things easier for members, users, customers as we are fully into the heavy baking, cooking and shopping season of the year - aka Thanksgiving and Christmas.
