Terrible customer service, might be better to shop from vendors directly
I am supposed to be a premier member and the customer service here is terrible. I have been trying to get a response from an email for a week and nothing, half of my order is missing even though it said it was shipped and delivered (the vendors did not put the whole order in the box) and what was delivered was broken, I have sent 3 or 4 emails to customer service about it and nothing, this is not the first time this happens, 2 weeks ago something in my order came broken and same thing, no response and when I got one they were pretty vague about the solution, I had to say either refund or replace but no more back and forth. Will probably never shop here again. They really dont know how to treat their customers and give proper service in due time.
