Terrible customer service, might be better to shop from vendors directly

I am supposed to be a premier member and the customer service here is terrible. I have been trying to get a response from an email for a week and nothing, half of my order is missing even though it said it was shipped and delivered (the vendors did not put the whole order in the box) and what was delivered was broken, I have sent 3 or 4 emails to customer service about it and nothing, this is not the first time this happens, 2 weeks ago something in my order came broken and same thing, no response and when I got one they were pretty vague about the solution, I had to say either refund or replace but no more back and forth. Will probably never shop here again. They really dont know how to treat their customers and give proper service in due time.

I’ve been shopping with them for ten years and haven’t had an issue until now. I feel like everything fell apart in the last year or two.

I would have to say the customer service is awful. I sent an email over a week ago regarding the poor quality of the seersucker napkins I ordered. I included pictures and details of the issues. The only response I received was an automated reply stating they received my inquiry and would follow up soon. A few days go by and another automated response relaying how busy they are and someone will reach out in a day or two. Crickets. For as much as they charge for their products, one would expect excellent customer service. This is the last time I order from Food52.

Hi Taylor, can someone please reach out to me too! I've been waiting for over 2 weeks about receiving a wrong item and have heard absolutely nohting (other than the "sorry for the wait, we'll be in touch soon" email which was over 10 days ago.) I put in another inquiry about the same issue last week and also have heard absolutely nothing! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Taylor also replied to me with a new order number that doesn’t exist at this point I feel they are taking my money, this is ridiculous.
