The USDA recommends leaving cooked chicken at room temp for no more than two hours (https://ask.usda.gov/s/article/Is-food-safe-if-left-out-overnight). I'd be comfortable pushing it a couple more if it was indoors, but if it's outdoors (like a picnic or something) I wouldn't recommend exceeding that, especially considering the raw egg yolks in the dressing.
