My OXO scale will not do anything.

I have changed the batteries. I am sure it is something simple but do not have the instruction manual to research the problem. When I turn press the 0 button it counts down to 1 and then nothing else.

After the countdown, have you placed anything on the scale?

Have a look online for the manual to your model of the scale & look for a section called troubleshooting or problems in operating.
