Customer Service Not Responding, Never Received My Order.
I should have read all the other similar posts. This seems to be a recurring theme. Customer Service is not responsive. Cherryl was responding telling me to wait and then disappeared when I asked about my order which I placed on 9/1. It has been 3 weeks with absolutely no movement and I've followed up the last 2 weeks. This was suppose to be a wedding gift. Order #2380530. I was told the manufacturer will ship the item. I called the manufacturer directly since Food52 customer service has completely ignored all my emails. Manufacturer sent me an email confirming they do not have the order from Food52. I was charged on 9/1. It is now 9/20 and I do not have the item. I would like a receive a refund as soon as possible.
