Order Not Shipped Yet - Where is It?

This is similar to other posts I've seen. I placed an order before Thanksgiving, with the expected shipping date being December 5th. There has been no change in the "pending" status of my order online. I've contacted Customer Service twice and have been told "we're checking on your order." I feel like this is a total scam and I'm never getting my order. It's been almost 3 weeks since my initial purchase. I should have heard something by now.

This has been the worst ordering experience of my life. I will never order from your website again and I will tell others to avoid you. After begging for an update on my order, it strangely shipped immediately. However, you shipped the wrong dishes. The ones I ordered were a different color and the ones that I received are ugly. I absolutely don’t want them. How are you going to fix this? I’ve searched for the dishes I actually want and they don’t exist anymore. Had I know this would be such an awful experience, I would have purchased them directly from Dana’s. What am I supposed to do with these 2 boxes of ugly dishes that are taking up space in my apartment?
