Did the Recipe Miss a Step? You can't cut squares from a pot.

After you coat the corn flakes, the directions say to 'set aside to cool, then cut into 36 squares.' Wouldn't that be difficult to cut squares from the mixture in the pot?

Shouldn't the directions say to spread it onto a cookie sheet to cool, then cut & dip?
