When making the starter do I mix all ingredients together and let them sit for 12 hours? or is it just the water and yeast that I mix and let sit?
I am also wondering if I use a sourdough slurry starter instead of the recommended starter how much of my sourdough slurry starter should I use to replace the called-for starter amounts in this recipe?
