How much milk? There are two conflicting measurements.

2 cups and 250g of milk are two very different measurements. I chose the 250g to start with but quickly adjusted to 2 cups once I added half the flour. Recipe could use a quick tweak.

When a recipe has dual measurements and there's an inconsistency, 99% of the time the conversed quantity (usually in parenthesis) is incorrect.

In a cake recipe like this I would start with the lower quantity anyhow.
