EVERYTHING sticking to enamel cookware (Dansk)
Hi everyone ! I have a set of Dansk cookware that I was really excited about (2 dutch ovens, a braised, and 2 sauce pots) but in all of them I have crazy issues with absolutely everything sticking. I have tried different oils, different amounts of oils, different ways of pre-heating the pan and nothing seems to help. Every single thing sticks like crazy (including, somehow, pasta) yet these pans are so highly reviewed. Help ! What am I doing wrong ?!
