Freezing a crostata before baking?

I want to assemble an apple crostata, freeze and and then bake on Thanksgiving. Will that work?

I've totally done this! To help keep the crust from getting soggy, I bake it straight from the freezer without thawing. (So be sure you use a thermal shock resistant pan or dish.) It will extend the baking time, of course, but just look for the usual signs to gauge when it’s done :)
