I have a 24 lb turkey and just completed the dry rub. I am planning on stuffing it too. How long will I need to cook it for?

That is such an exciting amount of turkey! And it requires a decent amount of time. Without spatchcocking, you're looking at 12 to 14 minutes per pound. I would start checking for doneness at 4 hours but I have a feeling its gonna be closer to 4 and a half or 4 hours and 45mins.
