Cocktail shrimp day make day before

Can I make/cook shrimp for cocktails serving today for serving tomorrow? I’m afraid I’ll have no time in the morning w everything happening early.

Hi Lisainny!

I think shrimp cooked the day before is totally fine, though I wouldn't push it past a full 24 hours. It would still be totally edible and maybe even delicious, but shrimp cocktail is on its own and you're relying on the shrimp flavor. So to capture the shrimp's peak flavor I'd say you'd have one full day.
