My fabulous Viking Cheese Knife (prize for being Foodpickler of the Week) arrived yesterday. I promptly used it on some tasty 3-year-old Cheddar I brought back from Wisconsin this past weekend. It will be put to consistent good use. I'd been wanting a cheese knife for ages. I'm a happy girl. ;)
