My work is having a picnic and there is a dessert contest. Right now forecasts are in the 90s with high humidity, so anything that will go off/melt is out. Any good ideas?

You could just serve it in a bowl at such a hot ambient temperature and it should be thin enough.
Fruit pie would also be a good choice.

This almond cake is amazing and also won a prize.
Another thing to consider is a fruit cake - if you search desserts at the top right hand corner of this page, you will find a peach fruit cake.

Maybe anything you choose can be kept on ice and covered in a cooler?
Have fun at your picnic and best of luck! Keep cool, I would pass out!
