A question about a recipe: Italian Summer with Raspberries

I have a question about step 5 on the recipe "Italian Summer with Raspberries" from ChezSuzanne. It says:

"Before serving, place the bowls you will use for it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Scoop the Raspberry Italian Ice into the bowls using a spoon or ice cream scooper. " Do you stir the mixture again before you put in bowls
