Is there a difference between red, yellow and green Thai bird chilies? Also, how does one store them? Thanks so much. ;o)

I think its simply the stages of ripening of the fruit. To store them, remove the top stem, wrap in a paper towel and store in a food storage container in the vegetable drawer)
