Ice cream! But you'll probably be wanting to increase the amount of cream.
blend them with frozen or fresh fruit and ice cubes for smoothies.
Add a little vanilla and a little sugar (or chocolate) and freeze into popsicles.
Put what you can't use in a reasonable amount of time in the freezer.
