A question about a recipe: Crispy Japanese Tofu Bites

I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Crispy Japanese Tofu Bites" from FrancesRenHuang. It says:

"Heat 1 inch of oil in a pan until 375; coat the tofu generously in potato flour and fry it until all sides are golden brown"

Do you mean potato "flour" or potato "starch".

potato starch. Corn starch or potato starch. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
