Harvest Chicken Pot Pie - can it be made the night before or early the day you cook it?

Yes, most chicken pot pies can be made in advance (stopping before the baking step) and frozen. If you're serving it the next day or later on the same day you make it, I'd assemble it, fridge it and bake it before serving.
