Aioli question. Didn't bind. Anyway to fix? Other uses? Got distracted and poured too much oil at wrong time.

Also, you could add a little mustard powder to the egg before adding the broken aioli.

Ditto vvvanessa, both work; another variation is to put another egg yolk in a bowl and whisk in the broken aioli.

two potential fixes: 1) try an immersion blender or regular blender to whip it together and 2) start a new batch of aioli with a new egg; once you have about a tablespoons of emulsion, begin adding in the broken aioli as you would the oil.
