I have a question about step 4 on the recipe "Pear Bacon and Brie Crust....eenies" from jane mcmillan. It says:
"Core and dice the pear ."
do you peel the pear?

It's hard to tell from the photo, but it couldn't hurt.
Personally, I always like to peel only half and leave the others for some textural gradients. Give it a try!
