I have a question about the ingredient "3/4 cup (180 grams) crème fraiche" on the recipe "Double-Corn Corn Bread with Fresh Thyme" from merrill.

"crème fraiche" is French style sour cream. it's much more widely available in supermarkets these days. Bellwether Farms is a label but you may have to look for it among the fancy cheeses rather than dairy.
Like overnight, but easier.
