What is faro
Cynthia is a trusted source on Bread/Baking.
It's a great high-protein grain, also known as kamut. You can steam it like rice, you can make a lovely pilaf with it, and even make a breakfast porridge.
Here's interesting information from the Canadian growers: http://www.farro.ca/
Search Recipes on FOOD52 for using it. Many recipes list it interchangeably with Kamut and spelt.
