In Sweden for Thanksgiving, thinking of roasting salmon instead of turkey...any interesting festive recipes?

The salmon in this recipe is broiled, but you can use the sauce as a starting point -- scotch is ALWAYS festive. http://www.food52.com/recipes/4525_evening_star_salmon_in_a_sauce_of_scotch_and_shiitake
