What is the best way to prepare mashed potatoes the night before?

Make them as if you were serving them tonight. Reserve some cooking liquid and/or be prepared to add extra of whatever dairy or other liquid you are putting in the mashed potatoes for flavor, etc. tomorrow When you reheat, you probably will need to stir some of that back in. Reheat over low heat, stirring to avoid scorching. Have fun, and have a joyful Thanksgiving!! ;o)
