Potatoes au gratin, how to make them the night before serving?

These are actually great for making ahead. Cook them tonight until they are just about done (the potatoes should still put up a bit of resistance when you pierce them with a sharp knife). Cover and refrigerate. Tomorrow, reheat/finish cooking them in a 350-degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Happy Thanksgiving!
