What is the best way to prepare a ribeye steak? grill, broil, pan?

Now, if you're a manly man you will forget the rib eye and go with a double thick porterhouse which will feed two or more. Rub it with coarse salt and grill it over a real wood fire, like say, oak or hickory lump charcoal. Only sissies uses briquets. Finish it with a squeeze of lemon. You can treat a rib eye the same way.

Bison steaks done this way are pretty indescribable.

Put it in a fry pan to start and then finish it in the oven, top with garlic, parsley butter.

First choice would be grilling, second broil.
