Trying to shop for Christmas today. Can't remember the name of the book, i think it was by Malissa???

There's Deborah Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone and Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. Are those what you're looking for?

Other great vegetarian cookbooks include Heidi Swanson's Super Natural Cooking; Deborah Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone; and Plenty by Yotam Ottolenghi. Good luck!
