White clam pizza! Used chopped clams, 1/2 lb whole wheat pizza dough, boiled 10 cloves of garlic for 5 min then drained and started over with cold water boiled again for 3 min ( to take bite out and mellow) the puréed with a splash of clam juice. Put on dough then topped with parsley , grated parm and fresh mozzarella. Drizzled with olive oil and red pepper flacks. 500 degree oven 12 min! Perfect!!
