Makes: 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 Stalks of celery , trimmed and washed
  • 4 to 5 Baby Carrots or 1 whole cucumber
  • 1/2 to 1 Apple

Directions

  1. Take all the ingredients and grind them into a juicer or if you do not have one then in a blender.
  2. If you are using a blender , which is not equipped with straining step so strain the juice with the help of a strainer but personally I prefer not strain it and enjoy the fiber also.

This sounds wonderful. I don't have a juicer, either, for space reasons. But I have a food processor and could make it that way. I might add some greek yogurt.

Me too sdebrango , I too do not have a juicer...actually speaking I just don't have enough space in my kitchen..my kitchen aid is lying on my treadmill mat...funny near dining table..but I use my blender...i have never tried beets in them would try it soon..i like to add chaat masala to just live up the things...
