Author Notes: i created this receipe this mix of italian and indian cusines bite spicey and reamly soup baiju


Serves 10 peple


  • 3 handfuls buttonm mushrooms
  • 1 handful oyster mushrooms
  • 1 handful portabello
  1. wash all the mushrooms cut into small pices drain and mix with flour

side flovering ingredients

  • 300 milliliters milk
  • 300ml milliliters cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons veg oil
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powdrer
  • 1 cup choped onion
  • 3 pieces garlic clpves
  • 1 cup choped coriyander
  • 10 pieces salte bread
  1. heat the pan pour oil and butther when is hot add onion and garlic and onion bouth soft add mushroomsand flour cook 5 munites add chillipowder and pepper powder then pour milkkeep boil when it boils simmer about 25 munits
  2. remove the soup from the heat add choped croiyader slie bread apply gralic butter keep inthe hot oven make crutons
