Serves: 4 as an appetizer
Salt and pepper to taste
tablespoon Smoked paprika or more to taste
tablespoon Olive oil
In This Recipe
- Preheat oven to 400. Cut the squashes in half, scoop out seeds, then cut in 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Toss slices with olive oil, then salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Arrange on baking sheet and roast til tender, 10-15 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
