Ingredients

eggs

7 ounces
flour

2 tablespoons
sugar

1 teaspoon
baking powder

1 teaspoon
baking soda

80 milliliters
walnut oil

250g
raw beetroot
-
1/4 cup
dried figs
-
1/4 cup
dates
-
1/3 cup
pecans, chopped

1 tbsp
dried apples
Directions

Preheat oven on 300F
-
Beat together eggs and sugar. Incorporate the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the walnut oil

Wash and peel the beetroot, grate with a mandolin. Add to the flour mixture
-
Dice the fig, apples and dates and add to the mixture as well. Finally, stir in the pecans.

Bake for an hour and a half.
