teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon baking soda
milliliters walnut oil
cup dried figs
cup pecans, chopped
- Preheat oven on 300F
- Beat together eggs and sugar. Incorporate the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the walnut oil
- Wash and peel the beetroot, grate with a mandolin. Add to the flour mixture
- Dice the fig, apples and dates and add to the mixture as well. Finally, stir in the pecans.
- Bake for an hour and a half.
