Ingredients

3 tablespoons
chopped shallots

2 teaspoons
olive oil

1/2 cup
chicken stock

3 tablespoons
honey
Directions

In an nonstick frying pan, sauté shallots in olive oil until tender. Add chicken stock, bring to a simmer, add spinach. Turn heat to low and simmer until spinach is cooked; approximately 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey. Salt and pepper to season and serve.
