pain rustique, 1/4"-1/2" in thickness

avocado

honey

cayenne papper

fresh greens

1 tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Directions

Cut 4 slices of pain rustique 1/4"-1/2" in thickness

Drizzle the fresh cut bread with olive oil and place under the broiler for 3-5 mins or until bread reaches desired color and crunchiness

Allow the toasts to cool for 2 mins

Cut the avocado in half and then into fourths -allowing 1/4 avocado per toast. Slice the avocado and arrange a layer onto each toast

Drizzle each piece with honey and then sprinkle with cayenne pepper, paprika, & salt to taste

Top with fresh greens for added crunch & nutrition.
