Watercress is good for detoxification and while I was on the CLEAN detox program. I am only allow liquid meals in the evening so I decided to make this food. —caroline nie ohuchi

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch water cress
  • half cup leeks
  • quarter cups walnuts
  • Dash sea salt
  • Dash black pepper
Directions
  1. In a pot boil water and add dashi soup stock powder add in chop up leeks, sweet snow peas,and wat
  2. In a pot boiled water and add dashi soup powder
  3. first put in the snow peas
  4. lastly the watercress
  5. turn off heat
  6. Add the soup stock
  7. now add the walnut pieces
  8. Blend to a puree.
  9. Pour into a bowl and serve with a a dash of olive oil
