Avocado cream in spicy Balckberry sauce and cheese-stuffed zucchini

It's a very simple recipe, i just like the spicy sauce, the avocado cream is made with chopped onions, tomatoes, parsley and lemon.The zucchini blossoms filled with cheese enhance the taste of the cream and create a very unique flavor. —Mario Marco Farinato

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Avocado cream
  • helf onion
  • one small tomato
  • one bunch parsley
  • two tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams Blackberries
  • one tablespoon butter
  • two pieces italian dried chili pepper
  • two tablespoons blackberry jam
  • Zucchine blossoms
  • 100 grams Stracchino, italian cheese
  • 100 grams Ricotta (Italian cheese)
  • two pinches black pepper
  • two tablespoons olive oil
  • one pinch Salt
Directions
  1. Avocado cream
  2. Simply chop all half an onion, two small tomatoes and a bunch of parsley and put them in a bowl, reduce the avocado in a smooth cream. Add all the ingredients and with a spoon mix them slowly together.
  3. In a small saucepan melt the butter, add the chili peppers add the jam and the blackberry and let it cook for five minutes or till it reduce to a thick cream.

  2. Mix the two different cheese, pepper oil and salt together to obtain a smooth cream, fill the zucchini blossoms with the cream, flour the blossoms and fry for 3 minutes each side.
