Ingredients

whole milk

1/4 cup
heavy cream

1 teaspoon
minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon
pepper

1/8 teaspoon
nutmeg

1/4 cup
chopped yellow onion

1 cup
chopped baguette bread

8 ounces
shredded gruyere
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk eggs, milk, cream, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Divide mixture among the ramekins.

Bake in the oven until the quiche is lightly puffed and browned, 45 to 50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the filling should come out clean. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
