Mushroom, gruyere and Spinach Quiche

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup chopped baguette bread
  • 8 ounces shredded gruyere
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients. Divide mixture among the ramekins.
  2. Bake in the oven until the quiche is lightly puffed and browned, 45 to 50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the filling should come out clean. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.

I made this but had to improvise since the recipe is missing key ingredients. My improv worked well was tasty dish!
