Serves 6

  • 120 grams Kinoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1 pinch Oregano and thyme
  1. Quinoa soaked in water for 6-8 hours (or overnight) . Grease with olive oil, a frying pan that can go in the oven
