Quinoa Pizza with Tomato and Mushrooms

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 120 grams Kinoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1 pinch Oregano and thyme
Directions
  1. Quinoa soaked in water for 6-8 hours (or overnight) . Grease with olive oil, a frying pan that can go in the oven
  2. Pass the quinoa by plenty of water and drain it. Place in blender and grind it with salt and olive oil, until a thick but creamy paste. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out so as to be uniform and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove, turn the dough and again to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and the edges are crisp.
  3. Cover the base of quinoa pizza with tomato sauce, the sliced ​​mushrooms, and cheese and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned. Serve immediately!
