Makes 20

  • 1 (400g) frozen puff pastry
  • 2 ( about 400g ) black pudding sausage
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  1. Let the pastry thaw overnight in the refrigerator
  2. Roll out pastry in to length of the sausage and brush with egg wash, peel casing from black pudding sausage.
  3. Then roll up sausage in pastry, and cut 1/2 inch .
  4. Put on the baking sheet lined with parchment , brush with egg wash (if you are not baking right way keep them in the fridge).
  5. Bake on 400 F, 20 minutes ( depends on the size of sausage) , on middle rack of preheated oven.
  6. Serve
