Herby Edamame Hummus made with a few ingredients in a blender, this simple hummus is layered with creamy Greek yogurt and bouncing with tangy, herby flavors of mint and cilantro. A healthy, gluten free protein packed snack for any day of the week! —Megan Olson

Ingredients

1/2 cup
plain Greek yogurt

12 ounces
shelled edamame, thawed if frozen

2 teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup
cilantro

2 sprigs
of mint

salt to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
