I have delivered to my home local, organic produce. After receiving weeks of Kale and using it in soups I decided to try something a bit different. I baked it with some olive oil and parmesan cheese...My kids love it!! —stshimada@gmail.com

I do a parmesan-less version as a crispy snack, but this upgrade looks great. Perhaps with tiny flecks of oil-cured black olives.
