I could not find Yuzu anywhere and it appeared expensive to order online so I subbed lemon and ginger for both the chicken and the sauce. My family loved it and I was asked where I got the recipe. I will pass this one on.

this is so clever on so many levels. i love the slits in the chicken wings to let the marinade in. i would look for yuzu but i have so many exotics around the house from previous love affairs with food52 recipes that my husband has threatened to cut off the internet. i'll just use lemon and dream of yuzu.

KB, these look delicious. I love yuzu and have two seedlings that I'm hoping to put in the ground soon. YUM!
