Ingredients

chicken breasts cut in large pieces

2 teaspoons
olive oil

1 teaspoon
salt

1 teaspoon
Weber roasted garlic & herb

8 ounces
organic cream cheese

1 cup
organic sour cream
-
1 cup
Frank's red hot sauce
-
1 teaspoon
salt
-
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

1/2 teaspoon
celery salt

green onions, sliced thin

1/2 cup
shredded Mexican cheese (or blue cheese)
Directions
- Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add olive oil, chicken, and seasonings.

Cook until done, then transfer to food processor, and pulse until chopped.

In a large mixing bowl place cream cheese, sour cream, Frank's and seasonings.

Mix really well, then add chicken and mix more.

Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with green onions, top with cheese. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
