Makes 2

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Barley+ Cranberry & Nuts Museli
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 slices multigrain toast
  1. Slice one large sweet potato into one inch slices.
  2. Bake in the oven for ten minutes until sweet potato softens. Use a fork to spread the sweet potato on the toast.
  3. Top with plain yogurt
  4. Top with your favorites including Barley+ Cranberry and Nuts muesli, Chia seeds and strawberries.
