Barley+ Sweet Potato Toast

large sweet potato

cup plain yogurt

cup Barley+ Cranberry & Nuts Museli

tablespoon chia seeds

slices multigrain toast
- Slice one large sweet potato into one inch slices.
- Bake in the oven for ten minutes until sweet potato softens. Use a fork to spread the sweet potato on the toast.
- Top with plain yogurt
- Top with your favorites including Barley+ Cranberry and Nuts muesli, Chia seeds and strawberries.
