Ingredients

Gluten Free Oats

1/2 cup
Cauliflower Rice

1/2 cup
Plain Kefir

1-2 tablespoons
Milk (Optional)

1-2 tablespoons
Cacao Powder

1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon

Salt
Directions

Place the cauliflower into a small bowl with a little water to steam in the microwave (do 10-second intervals until softened).

In a jar or leftover nut butter jar, place the oats and cauliflower into the jar and mix.

Pour in the kefir, cinnamon, and salt and mix until combined.

Pour some milk in if it won’t mix properly.

Store in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4-hours.
