Chinese Congee, Pídàn Zh?u

Author Notes: It's the Century Egg version of congee. tatsu

Makes: a bunch

Ingredients

  • Peanuts
  • Shrimp
  • Century Duck Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Ginger
  • Scallions
  • Rice

Directions

  1. Roast raw peanuts in a little oil in a skillet. Roast well.
  2. Ok well I have to fill out the rest but it's pretty much step by step in my pictures.
